For a homemade sex toy material nothing beats the thermoplastic elastomer gel. All you need is a source of mineral oil and thermoplastic elastomer resin powder or pellets. The mineral oil and thermoplastic elastomer resin are combined in proper proportions and then heated together. After several…
Here is the brochure that Reel Magik distributed at the 2013 Philadelphia Trans Health Conference. I figured that it might be useful to those looking into the company and its products, especially their 11” model which has yet to be featured on the website (it’s the topmost picture beneath “FTM…
So I made a binder from a kid’s t-shirt. The soccer tricot kind of shirt. It’s from 100% polyester. (for those of you from Germany, Zeeman has those for 3.99 €) You gotta buy it about three or four sizes smaller than your smallest size, e.g. I’m a 164 in european kid’s measurements minimum and the shirt I used is 134. (I should have gotten 128 though.) (I do not know how that is in UK/US sizing, just buy the tiniest you think you can fit.)
I want to pierce a dildo, is it safe to cut through the material and put a high grade metal ring, or will it make it very dirty and hard to clean and potentially do something negative to my wife?
It depends on the material of your dildo. If you are using a silicone prosthetic, piercing it should not damage the dildo. In terms of cleaning, you should remove the ring and wash with warm water and mild soap, to insure that germs aren’t trapped and growing in or around the piercing. I tried looking for a DIY tumblr post for piercing dildos and didn’t come up with anything. Can any followers help out?
I can't find this answer anywhere so i thot u might of had some ideas, How can i make my packer taste good or just ok... i can get a bj by unzipping but cornstarch is salty and without anything its gna have that nice rubber taste? help!
I went thrifting today (FINALLY) and bought the belts I need for my chest harness. I’m debating whether to hand sew it or use my gf’s sewing machine. Either way, expect updates once the crafting begins.
I’ve often had people ask me about my workout routine and 95% of the time I’m at a gym - I’ve found a lot of people don’t have access to a gym/aren’t comfortable or can’t afford it, so for those in such situations it definitely is possible to get a full body workout without a gym (as they…
hey so- you posted a while back about a clothe packer situation, and i'd like to make one for my boyfriend but am not very crafty at all and the googlez aren't helping :/ so if you have tips/pics/instructions, that would be rad! thanks a bunch :)
Hey! I love the idea of combining craftyness with my love of FTM "gadgetry". I just made a tutorial on how I recolored my packer, and am trying to get in touch with someone who might have an idea on getting the color to stay. Should I submit? I was also wondering if you'd be interested in helping me plan/test a few other ideas that I have for packer mods and a more natural looking harness.
You should definitely submit. My plates overflowing right now, but possibly once things calm down I can help you :). Stay golden.
Hey, congrats on the op. I'm buying a bendy buddy from Les Love boat, and need a harness for using it for sex. What do you think would work? :)
Thanks dude! Just looked this packer up and the type of harness will depend on the packer’s weight. I always recommend a bare minimum harness style for optimal comfort, similar to these: type A, type B, type C, type D . If the packer is heavy you might want to go with a brief or jock style harness (refer to older submissions). I hope I answered this in time.
Would you ever sell some of your stuff? or take requests?
What a wonderful question. I wouldn’t start selling until I’ve perfected my craftsmanship so products would be uniform. On taking requests, I’ve never considered doing that until now. I will most definitely revisit these ideas once my life’s back in order (just had surgery and the Spring semester starts next week). Thanks for the inspiration!
Wow, I just want to say that I love this blog. And I'm currently 90% finished making a binder based off of a lovely t-kingdom binder. If it works out I want to make a tutorial for it that covers suggested materials to make it out of and where to get them. Assuming this experiment of making a binder shirt works I'll submit the tutorial here as well as putting it up on my own blog and my deviant art. Because I think the spreading of such information is important. Your blog is inspirational. <3
Thank you, I also believe dispersing information throughout a community is very important. You should definitely submit your finished tutorial when finished. Happy crafting!
This is pretty similar to a medicine spoon STP but out of different materials. I’ve never come across a medicine spoon like the ones guys use in the UK. They’re probably out there, but I’ve never seen one. So I looked for other alternatives, and came up with this.
Get a bottle of Flash All-Purpose Cleaner. Or another bottle that has a handle the same shape. Flash costs around £2-3 from Tescos depending on what scent you want. Obviously for this it doesn’t matter, but you might as well use the contents up if you’re going to buy it. The important part is the shape of the handle.
Cut the handle off the bottle carefully. It’s best to leave more than you think you’ll need — I didn’t really think about that when I started and would have made it better if I had — as you can always cut it down later. I used a sharp penknife to start it off and then scissors, but YMMV with different bottles and thicknesses of plastic. The Flash bottle wasn’t hard to cut at all though.
Trim down the plastic into the shape you want. Look at factory manufactured STPs if you’re stuck. In the photograph I tried to show what mine looks like.
Smooth down the edges using sandpaper/glasspaper or a lighter. If you’re going to use a lighter test the melting point of your plastic on a scrap piece first and remember that it’s going to get very hot and if it starts to burn it’ll give off toxic fumes. Cheap lighters and Clippers get very hot as well (trust me I know, my thumb still hasn’t forgiven me!) and don’t like being lit for extended periods of time. The plastic on Flash bottles goes see-through when it gets malleable and doesn’t take more than a lick of flame.
Practice. If it doesn’t work out try using a different shaped bottle. You can reshape it a little by melting it as well. And don’t expect it to work perfect first time, try in the bath or shower!
Hey all, if you’re crafty, have some great resources, or liked to review a product feel free to share. I’m also opened to questions about products I’ve used in the passed, DIY projects I’ve made, advice, etc.
I’ve mentioned here before that I’ve paid for my transition almost entirely out of my own pocket (insurance covered my hysto), and the FTM tag is lousy with people hawking their ChipIns or simply asking us all for donations. And then being outraged when some of us don’t like…
Finally, here it is! I apologize for the obnoxious wait. Grad school is kicking my ass. I really wanted this tutorial to be comprehensive, and it took me a while to research and try out different products and techniques. There’s still a lot to be done, but I figure that typing up what I have now…
